i missed me after the terror, during the years of unbearable sorrow

effing miss you: after the terror during the years of unbearble sorrow - true stories by men & women raped as children by their dads, priests & nuns ... survivors, true heroes starting a child human rights movement in America, today ... ... ... not without humor takes everyday people, reporters, legislators, priests & nuns, rabbis, scoutmasters, guidance counselors, probation officers to the next level of national debate: documenting that (1) sexual abuse of kids by priests & nuns is NOT just 'inappropriate touching', but often premeditated brutal serial rape committed with immunity & (2) on a State level we can help get victims legal redress & help take an active part to protect kids now -- by being informed of this, and asking our State legislators to open a window of opportunity, or enact a 'Windows Law' - or - 'Statute of Limitations Reform Legislation' & (3) on a national & international level to disallow Vatican diplomatic immunity to traffick in predators & accused-or-alleged predators across diocese, county,  state & national boundaries to avoid their prosecution.

And, on a Federal level, amend the Federal 'PROTECT Act of 2003' by adding four words: ~ change ~ "and making the statue of limitations for crimes involving the abduction of a child the life of a child ..." ~ to read ~ "and making the statute of limitations for crimes involving the abduction &/or sexual abuse of a child the life of a child ..." ~ The Prosecutorial Remedies and Other Tools to End the Exploitation of Children Today Act of 2003

And, in Italy, amend the Lateran Treaty of 1929 (last amended in 1985, to no longer make Catholicism the State religion), similarly extending the statue of limitations for crimes involving the abduction &/or sexual abuse of a child the life of a child, and suspending Vatican diplomatic immunity regarding conspiracy transporting perpetrators &/or accused-or-alleged perpetrators of sexual abuse of children across City, State & National boundaries to avoid prosecution, & nationally & internationally unsealing all Vatican Church & State records regarding perpetrators & accused-or-alleged perpetrators, making them available to all Civil, City, County, State, Federal &/or National & International authorities.

Heroes walk among us, helping to make a window of opportunity to heal & protect our children from predators ~ As of summer, 2007, Human Rights for Children in the U.S. protecting children from predators, for the first time in history, is gaining bi-partisan legislative momentum on a State-by-State basis.
